Furnished room in our spacious shared house close enough to downtown but chill enough for some downtime. You'll have access to a semi-private bathroom (really only used by guests) and to the dining, kitchen, wellness room/office, living room, and back yard.
The windowed room is best for one person, with a double bed, 2 chairs, a small desk, and a large closet. There is a hallway bathroom that will be primarily yours but might be used by an occasional guest or when the master bathroom is occupied.
This bright, open floorplan home has plants galore and a large backyard. The dining room table can accommodate up to 6 seated. The kitchen sits at the center of the home and is fully stocked. The living room has a couch, loveseat, Smart TV, DVR, Nintendo Switch, and karaoke machine. There is a shared mixed-use exercise/meditation room and office.
Johnston Terrace/Govalle is tucked away with walkable access to a neighborhood pool and the Little Walnut Creek trail, Canopy, ABP, and Springdale General. It's easy access to bike trails and lanes on the east side. Convenient to major highways and AUS airport.
