Bicycle, Walking and Running Heaven in Central Austin

This East Central Location is great for access all of the fun stuff Austin has to offer. Quiet street and neighborhood.. Easy access to HEB, downtown, tons of restaurants, bars, breweries and LadyBird Lake.
House is small but well laid out with a great kitchen. Large backyard with garden plots, growing lettuce, broccoli and cilantro in the winter. In summer, tomatoes, peppers and okra. There is a firepit and bbq. We would share a bathroom but I have never found that to be an issue.
Bedrooms are 12 x12 with large closet. Will post bedroom pics when ready.
