We offer month-to-month, no-lease/no-commitment, completely furnished shared rooms (dorm-style) with an awesome list of amenities
Plus, weekly activities for all our members where you are always invited, yet never obligated.
To foster a sense of community, we host weekly activities for all our members - from BBQs, to paintball, canyoneering, maze rooms, workshops, guest speakers from the entertainment industry, and more.
We have four large common areas with comfy sectional couches, big screen TVs, blazing fast WIFI, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We also have a gym (coming soon), yoga room, weekly workout classes, monthly organic dinners, daily cleaning of all common areas, monthly lecture series, and plenty more. Outside we have a recreation area with an outdoor yoga and meditation area!
We have cleaning staff on-site 9-5, also two resident managers and a community manager.
