Hello!
Justin (guy) and Jewel (dog) 🐕 here.
First off, professionally, I’m a Model, Chef & now a full-time Student. I was based out of NYC pre-pandemic and now am just trying to get settled closer to school.
(PCC now-UCLA next year as a TV, Film, & Electronic Media Major)

I’m a Virgo aka super clean, but not judgmental and honestly enjoy doing it. Jewel and I really like to have fun (hiking, beach, etc) but typically spend more time working, reading, and keeping to ourselves.

I’m 30, Jewel is a 5-year-old Dachshund mix and a service animal. She’s lived in 3 countries! I don’t have a car after transplanting from NYC, but may in the future. The energy and the vibe are most important, Peaceful is key.
Also, my move-in date will be closer to 4/15, but flexible after that.

I'm a filmmaker that lives alone and can always afford rent. Very laid back and get along with virtually anyone. Positive mindsets and creative thinkers are my forte. Typically prefer to keep the number of human roommates low, but furry friends are more than welcome. Always down to hang out in my free time.

6. Doggy Yoga and a walk every day 😅
7. I wake up early, usually by 6 or 7 am.
8. Coffee just about every morning ☕️
9. I have a few friends that are in my creative circle that may come around for story development/project planning, but rarely.
