The house is a remodeled 1950s brick ranch, with 3 bedrooms and two baths. The living room includes a gas log fireplace, and the kitchen has been completely renovated. The backyard is small and private, with a hot tub and a fire pit. There is offstreet parking but no garage or covered parking space.
The neighborhood is generally quiet, with lots of people walking dogs, running, or biking throughout the day. Everyone is friendly without being overly curious or nosy. There is a community garden less than a mile from the house where neighborhood gatherings are occasionally held.
Your space includes a private bedroom and hall bath. There is an option to use the 3rd bedroom as an office/study/private living room if needed for an extra $25 per month.
I travel frequently and am away from home for extended periods. The quoted rent includes utilities for simplicity sake.
