Apartment is 2 br/2 bath.. Your room would be the one attached to the private bathroom.

Internet is a utility I pay for and not a bill you need to worry about.

Water/electric responsibility would need to be monitored. I would like to say your rent covers these utilities too, but i would need to see just how much those bills increase with 2 people in the apt. Worst case scenario, we split those, best case, you dont worry about it.

Please imagine the room without the exercise stuff😅. I've been here almost a year now and I was just utilizing the space to feel less stupid for paying for a 2br apt. That stuff can fit in my bedroom and will get moved.

To appease the property manager you would need to apply at the office(think its $50). I've obviously already been approved for the lease on this apt by myself so you're credit/income probably wouldn't matter so unless you're a career criminal and fail the background check part you should be fine.
