Looking for one roommate to share a spacious (975 sq. ft.) two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with me. Shared areas include an office, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. The available bedroom is unfurnished, with one closet. The closet in the office would also be yours. The apartment is on the 9th floor in an elevator building on the Lower East Side of Manhattan (StuyTown) on 14th st. near 1st avenue. This space is available beginning February 1st, 2025.
