-Paralegal moving from DC to New York to start law school in the fall, looking forward to trying new restaurants, museums, and shows
-I'm fairly tidy, absolutely a night owl, will be studying/at school often, but certainly seeking friendship with a roommate
-Generally prefer a quieter environment and value alone time, i nonetheless appreciate camaraderie and spending time together and exploring the city
-I love to cook but not every night and I'm an amateur mixologist so I welcome guinea pigs or people willing to try new fun cocktail bars!
-As long as our apartment is less than 10 minutes to the subway and commute to tribeca is less than 30 minutes, I'm pretty flexible with neighborhoods
-LGBTQ+, 420, and pet friendly (friendly towards most things really)
-$1600 a month or under is ideal, and I would love a separate bathroom for us both but I know that is often not realistic
-Looking for a one year lease starting in August 2025 (willing to do July if necessary)
