The apartment is a 2B, 1B corner unit with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and 10ft windows (a lot of light comes in!).
The building has a mail room, gym, furnished rooftop with BBQ grills, and a common area with a dining room table, couch, and TV.
It’s located in Long Island City (1 train stop away from Manhattan). Easy access to multiple subway lines: N, W, 7 trains are on the corner, with E, R, F, M trains 1 block away.
You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, he’s gay and 26 years old. He works in tech, is very neat, and super friendly!
