Private master bedroom/bathroom/walking in closet ensuite

I am going to be renting out my master bedroom/walk in closet (another small closet in bathroom area), and private bathroom fully furnished in a two bedroom condo in Laguna Niguel. We live close to the 73 on Rancho Niguel road in a condo association.

No one stays the night over and you must talk with me before visitors come by (so it is arranged when my daughter is not here).

You enter from the ground floor but walk up a flight of stairs inside to reach the living quarters. All one level at that point. The master bedroom comes furnished with queen sized bed with storage underneath, a full dresser, 2 nightstands, a walk in closet, plus a small closet area on the other side of the bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub, large vanity, private toilet. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom onto the patio. The patio attaches from the living room to the master bedroom. It is one long porch.

We have 2 cats. They are extremely loving, so you must not be allergic to cats, and love animals. I’m sorry but I cannot accept any other animals since we have the cats. We are a very peaceful household and we are gone 80% of the time. I work a lot while I do not have my daughter (I share 50/50) and lots of play dates outside of the home when I do. Full use of the kitchen, pantry, cabinets, fridge, appliances, washer and dryer, and kitchen equipment is available to share.

Parking is in the condo association. There is no available garage parking as it is only a one car garage.

We have a pool and a hot tub a short walk from the condo. I really like our neighbors and everyone is really nice.

I will conduct a criminal and credit score background search. Please have good references from previous places lived. I have had roommates before with great success. We became friends quickly, had dinners together (only if you want). I am a very easy going person and find zero trouble getting along with others.

I will pay water, trash pickup. We will split electric, gas and internet. Please reach out with any questions!
