It’s just north of the heights outside 610 with easy access to both highways 45 and 290 as well. The available room is downstairs of the two-story home toward the rear of the house. The room has its own closet and is connected to its own bathroom and also connects to a downstairs living space that has its own door, the primary access to the back yard. The bathroom has two doors one to each the bedroom and living space room. Both bathroom doors lock from inside the bathroom. There is also an additional half bath upstairs that you can use anytime! They both have their own closets & tenant is able to use both. Rooms feature carpeted floors and a ceiling fan. The house was built in 2022 and has matte black modern finishes through out. The upstairs living area includes a living room, kitchen, half-bath, and laundry room which are all fully furnished and considered a common area you’d be welcome to use as well.
