I am a chronically ill person who has almost no immune system.
That said some days I can't see. Some days I can't walk.
A car is a necessity for this area - across from Nellis AFB and far from most services, ridiculous but true.
If you are triggered by road noise and people arguing around windows or walking at street level and talking loudly, please pass, you won't be happy here.
Shared expenses will be rent, electricity and internet, if you so desire to partake of it, I won't be signing another contract with crooked Cox so gigablast is 130 a month, so half of that will be yours.
My roomie must have a job, I must have some time alone during the day or night, doesn't matter which.
I can cook maybe one or twice a week, but all other meals would be solo events.
There is no furniture, I can't use fabric furniture so I've been living in my bedroom with little else besides plastic chairs and ditto table.
A negative Covid test might be asked for by the landlord, we are Covid free and have been almost completely homebound for over five years.
ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO.
