I currently work 2 jobs and I am trying to go back to college to attend the Physical therapy program at LoneStar. Im very friendly but usually very quiet and sometimes can be socially awkward.
I am usually at work most of the time. Sat/Sun I get up at 6am and am home by 8pm. My schedule changes M-F but generally im out by 9am and home by 8pm.
I do different things on my days off, occasionally watching movies, playing sports (tennis, football, volleyball, soccer, working out, hiking, I would like to start kayaking eventually). I also sometimes watch anime or play computer games.
I dont have have pets, I dont smoke, I sometimes drink socially. I just moved to the area and bought my house last year. I dont really have anyone to invite over because of my scarce social life, before my current job I was working 12 hour shifts 7 days a week to get the down payment for my current house. I am trying to get out more and go places, im more of an outdoorsy, nature, athletic person with a random touch of nerdyness (I go to the renaissance faire every year). I live pretty close to The Woodlands Mall and other outlets so theres a whole lot to do nearby and theres also walking/hiking trails a few seconds from my house (literally).

Available Room for Rent
Renting 2 rooms 1 bath (private) to 1 person in the Woodlands (house).
I own a 3 bedroom 3 bath home and I am wanting to rent out my spare 2 bedrooms 1 bath to a single person. I would prefer someone with no pets, some pets are negotiable such as reptiles and fish are fine. Dogs are negotiable but you must be able to let your dog out to go to the bathroom and be able to feed him/her on your own as I will mostly not be home.
I keep my house pretty clean but I am not cornered about how you want to keep your own room or your bathroom, its none of my business. Mainly what I ask is to just not leave a mess in the shared living room.
Im fine with smoking as long as its in the front or back yard and not in the house.
Im also okay with my roomate inviting friends over to hangout, no large parties.
500Mbp/s Internet, water, gas is included in the $800 monthly rent. Im also cool if you want to watch amazon prime TV on my account but I do not own other TV streaming services.
Electricity is negotiable. As long as youre not running the ac 24/7 I am open to having electricity included in the 800/month along with all other utilities. I own a brick home with good insulation so it really doesnt get hot or cold.
I have spare pots/pans, towels, blankets, pillows specifically for my roomate to use for themselves if they dont have their own. I also have an extra twin XL bed (latex mattress with foam topper)+sheets+bed frame to use if you do not have your own.
I prefer to do a month to month rental agreement for the first 1-2 months to get to know the person and them I am open to doing long term 12-24 month lease for anyone who is a decent roommate.
