I’m looking for a healthy, busy professional or student to rent out my spare room. This Spanish style house has a huge backyard, three eating areas, and a separate shared studio/office space.
It’s steps away from JPL, 5 minutes from The Rose Bowl, 5 mini from Old Town Pasadena, 10 minutes from Cal Tech, and it has parking, laundry, and positive energies.
I am the founder of Tara Yoga of 10 years in Pasadena. We are a non-smoking and non drug house.
