My house
I am looking for 4 roommates to rent out spare bedrooms in my house. It is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located on the golf course in gated Seville on Power and Chandler Heights. The monthly rent would be $600 plus split utilities and the security deposit will be $600. I would like to start out with a 6-month lease and after the first few months we can discuss extending that to 12 months if all goes well.
