Available Room for Rent
Room in Ives Dairy
The household consists of 3 people, all of us age between 21-25 ( 2 males, 1 female), rent is 700 but we split the bills (water, light, wifi, gardening).
Private room, shared bathroom.
Not alot of rules but the few are none leniency rules. Absolutely ZERO drug use, no medicinal Marijuana, no alcohol and no smoking whatsover, you are allowed to use the kitchen, pool, living room and Laundry. There is also an active security system with outdoor cameras to provide extra security in an already secure neighborhood since it never hurts to be extra cautious.
This is a democracy based household so if there's anything that bothers you, you're allowed to bring it up to the other roommates rather than bottling it up, we're all very open when it comes to living together.
We are a gaming household, so we do have 1000mb/s wifi and we do play Dungeons and Dragons at times, pokemon, VR, MTG and other stuff so if youre into that then you probably found your dream home huh. (You can decorate the room how you want too)
One final thing, you can choose to socialize with us like normal or you could choose to seclude yourself too, there's no wrong choice, as long as rent is payed and there's no complaints; we should be all good.
