Hi! My girlfriend and I have a beautiful home in Summerlin that we rent from close friends. We have have 2 bedrooms that we are looking to sublet. The rent is based on how many people are in the home because we like to split everything equally. We are professional, hard working, and young. She is 22 and I'm 28. We cook most nights and like to split groceries if cooking for everyone but not required. She works in hospice and I work in solar sales. We are 420 friendly but you must smoke outside. I'm in college and an avid gamer as well so when I'm not working I'm usually doing school work or playing video games.

Hi! Our house is located in the beautiful city of Summerlin. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom roughly 1,300 square feet. The rent is split equally so it is based on how many people are in the home. The rent listed in is $666.66 but that's for a single person not including utilities. We have a spacious backyard with a porch. The porch has recently installed misters. We have a fully furnished common area. The kitchen is fully equipped as we are avid cooks. The backyard also has a grill! We have 2 dogs and up to 2 more are allowed with pet deposit. We are 420 friendly but smoking is only allowed in the backyard.
