hi, I hope everyone doing okay in these hard times 🥰. I am looking for a female roommate to share in my pet friendly ( preferably kitties) three-bedroom apartment in West Harlem (Hamilton heights) 1 block away from City College. The apartment is located on a three floor walk up. The room opening is the large spacious room (dimensions are 13 8 1/2’ long and 9 ft 7 1/2 inches wide). The rent is 750$ (utilities included). The room is large with a lot of natural light,you can easily have a full size bed and a desk and a dresser in the room. It has two windows, you will also have access to shared fire escape. The room comes unfurnished, closet that is located in the hallway for storing your additional items. The apartment includes a shared clean bathroom with tub and shared good size clean kitchen. The apartment has 4 to 5 Laundromats within a one block radius, grocery store two blocks away. The 1 train is 3 min walk and abcd trains are 10 min away from the apartment. About us : Hava,I am a civil engineering student at City College with performing art background. I also have an orange tabby cat which called Masha which stays in my room of all times, I work downtown and I am usually not home most of times. When I am home, I am usually in my room either reading or studying or watching foreign movies or I draw 🙂. My roommate, Maya is an Electrical engineering student at City Tech, she is also working downtown, she is also very chill and keeps to herself. I am looking for a (female) student or young professional who is chill, easy to get a long with, clean, non-smoking and not a crazy party person who I can trust to pay for the room on time.
