Hey guys my name is Tyler, I’m 22 years old and I’ve lived in Los Angeles for 4 years now. Originally from New Jersey, but moved out here for the lifestyle change, my career, friends, and countless opportunities the city has to offer. I work Marketing for a MedSpa in NZ so I “work from home” but mainly go to a coffee shop everyday to do it. I’m a clean person and like my space to match my lifestyle/where I’m at in life so I definitely want a roommate who can clean up after themselves haha. I don’t smoke 420 anymore, but don’t mind having a roomie who does. Definitely want someone who is ambitious/career oriented because that kind of energy is always good to live with. I have a 2.5 year old doggo named Simon who is the sweetest boy, doesn’t shed, and loves everyone he meets.
