Rent is $1,375/month — and that covers everything! Utilities, internet, shared supplies (like toilet paper and paper towels), plus a cleaner who comes once a month.

The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer, so no need to make trips to the laundromat. It's surrounded by amazing eateries and coffee shops, and within walking distance of Whole Foods, Ralphs, and fun spots like Grand Central Market, Pershing Square, and Little Tokyo. It's also super close to metro stations, bike shares, EV hubs, and monthly parking lots (which range from $120–$220).

Move-in costs are first month, last month, and a $300 security deposit. We’re flexible and can let you pay the last month’s rent in installments if that works better for you.
