Share my beautiful apartment in NW Available January 1

Hello. . .I'm Laura. I'm looking for someone (no couples, or additional pets please) to share my beautiful, 2 bedroom, spacious Alphabet district apartment. It really is a lovely apartment! Total rent for the apartment is $1380, which includes all utilities, except internet, which is another $20.00/month. So we each pay $710.00/month.

Here are some things I'm looking for in a roommate:
~I'm basically looking for a nice, respectful, responsible, easygoing person. It's important that you are independent and have your own thing going. You must have a steady income, and be able to pay rent on time. A good sense of humor is essential. I am very respectful of space.
~I can't really afford to share food or bathroom products.
~This apartment would be especially good for someone who doesn't have a lot of furniture. The bedroom is about 9.5x10.5 feet (not including closet space). The common space. . . pretty much everything but the bedroom for rent. . .is fully furnished. There is a bit of storage space, though.
~ Please be really into recycling and composting.
~ Please be ok with doing your share of the cleanup.
~ No shoes in the apartment, please. I don't like to mop constantly.
~No drugs, smoking, or heavy alcohol use, please. Sorry if this makes me sound like a square. . .. I'm really not. . ..
~Ideally, I'd love to find someone who plans to stay here for at least a year.

Heres some info about me:
~I am 45 years old, a graduate of PSU. I work at a daycare.
~I'm vegetarian, for the most part. I haven't eaten red meat or poultry in years, but I will eat seafood occasionally. It would be swell if you had the same preferences, too, but it's not a must. However, I would prefer no bloodiness in the fridge. I don't want to open the fridge, and WHOOMP! theres a leg of lamb or something. Turkey cutlets are fine I guess, just no carcasses.
~I have two cats, Yardbird, and David. They are really very wonderful.

If this sounds good to you, you can move in on January 1st. Move in would be first and last (690+690) plus $20.00 for internet, plus refundable deposit (300) so $1700.00 total.
