This is a flexed 3 BR/1 BA apt with one room being available starting May. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind living with two 26/27 year old guys.
Our building has an elevator and credit card accepted washers and dryers. There are only about 7 units in this building and the mail/packages are very safe. Our unit has a large private terrace accessible through my bedroom.
The location is very convenient when it comes to commuting. We are 5 min walk away from the three subway stations (E, R, N, W, 7, G, M lines) and bus stops. There are a grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within a few blocks. We also have a Planet Fitness very close by.
Rent is 1100/month and is roughly 1200/month with the cost of utilities.
