Really great place to live in Concord

My roomie of 13 years will be moving out soon and I need to find a new one.
Here are the details:
$2200 to live with me here at Diabla Casita. No pets. No kids. No men.
Rent includes all utilities, cable. Internet, a weekly maid etc.
Ideal candidate is a grown woman who has her life in order, has a steady job and appreciates a chaos and drama free sanctuary.
I have many parties here so probably not a comfortable place for hermits or introverts.
If you are a motorcyclist or musician then my place will be especially fun because I’m frequently throwing or going to motorcycle events and the garage is great for working on the bikes. (there's a bike lift)
I also have a fully operational recording studio for the musically inclined.
Amenities include a heated salt water pool, and a pool house with a full bathroom and kitchen as well as a pool table in the main house.
If you want to live in a legit party pad with frequent fire pits, and friendly gatherings as well as the occasional rager, then Diabla Casita might be the perfect place for you.

This isn’t just a “rent a room” situation. I will be sharing my home with you so it’s critical that we get along and are simpatico to a degree. We don’t have to be best buddies but we at least have to trust and respect each other.
My home is my safe warm place, and I won’t jeopardize that, but I’m delighted to share it with a like minded roomie. No pictures of the room because my roomie is still in there.
