Lease Takeover: 1BD in 3BD Apt.
Looking for a quiet, clean person to take over the lease which ends on May 31, 2021. This is one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment. The place is two blocks away from the Halsey L. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building. You will be living with two women who are booksellers who generally keep to themselves.
