Hey there!

I am in search of 1 FEMALE (single occupancy) roommate that would be able to move in ideally before/by January 15th or by end of month.

About the Apartment:

2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse (shared space) 1 private bedroom
Complex has onsite laundry
 carport parking (guaranteed parking spot)Pool10 minute drive from the beach5 minutes from Del Amo Mall2 minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations, fast food Walking distance to a park with a track
Please do not contact landlord, as my current roommate is leaving, so I will be directly handling the switch and communicating with them. 

Cost: $1275/ per month (utilities and internet not included)

 Here are some musts I am looking for:
-Someone who is fully vaccinated and boosted.
-someone who is responsible and has a full time job.
- someone who is reasonably clean/tidy and picks up after themselves especially in common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.  
About me: I am a 37 year old professional female currently working as an education coordinator at a non- Profit and am also a dance instructor. I love being active and outdoors (hiking, SCUBA, beach time) however I live a fairly quiet home lifestyle.
