Looking for a roommate to share my furnished apartment. You will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of my private bedroom. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. The spare room currently has a queen mattress, which can be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture. Utilities will be Split equally.
Visitors are welcome, provided they are respectful of the apartment and other occupants. I have guests occasionally and it's about to be grilling season so 😁😂 My office area can be made available for your use if you need a dedicated workspace.
I do enjoy PC gaming and can sometimes be a bit loud. However, I am mindful of noise levels, especially during reasonable quiet hours. I'm happy to socialize or give you your space, whatever you prefer. I have two cats, so you must be comfortable living with them. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate any additional pets. Seeking someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful of shared living spaces. I generally keep a pretty relaxed home environment.
