About Me

Hey there, my name is Sara, I’m a 31 year old woman and I work at a nonprofit on the UES. I’m vaccinated and expect that you are too. I am an introvert who loves music, books, television, theater, yoga, and kicking back with a couple of close friends.

Ideally (but not a deal breaker) I’d like to join a lease with someone on a compatible wavelength, chill and friendly but not super loud late at night during the week or throwing big parties often. Don’t have any pets myself but I’m cool (and sometimes fall in love) with dogs or cats if they don’t shed much and are not super noisy or destructive. LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly, but not open to apartments where people smoke cigarettes indoors.

Most important to me is that we are honest, empathetic, and communicative with one another so we can create a peaceful and comfortable environment together. I’m by no means a neat freak, though I do keep my disorganization (read piles of clothes) to my room.

Looking to stay in Manhattan, but I’m open to places in Brooklyn or Queens spots, just somewhere I can get to the UES within 25-30 minutes. What matters to me in apartments is location with easily accessible transportation, large windows with great light, and preferably an elevator. Hoping to keep the budget between $1200 - $1650 but I could go to $1800 for the right space.

I have some of my own furniture and I’m looking for a place that I can stay in for a few years and make into a home. If you are someone searching for or offering similar, please reach out so we can message and set up a time to FaceTime.

Thank you!
