I'm looking for someone to fill a third bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment on the UWS. I've lived in NYC for five years, all of which was spent in this current apartment. If I'm not splitting a bottle of wine and binge-watching Netflix with my roommates, then I'm out and about exploring the city with friends (well, pre-quarantine). I also enjoy working out, spending time in the park, and reading a good book.

Available Room for Rent
Spacious, Sun-Filled Room on the Upper West Side
The Basics:
- Private room on the Upper West Side 105th St on Columbus Ave (recently renovated) available September 1st
- $1280 rent per month (not including internet and electric)
- A one year lease can be signed now for the September 1st move-in date
The Location:
- Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Michael's, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Sephora, and plenty of restaurants
- Two blocks away from Central Park
- In between the 1 and B/C subway lines, and walking distance to the 2/3
The Room:
The room is a private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment. You'll have 1 window and 2 closets in the room, as well as overhead space above the closets for storage. The room faces an avenue and gets wonderful natural light throughout the day.
The room pictured is the room available. As you can see, you can comfortably fit a full-sized (or bigger) bed, a dresser, and a desk. The room can be furnished as displayed (with the exception of the tv), and pricing of any items is available upon request. The room can also be unfurnished.
The Apartment:
The apartment has a large common area with a sectional couch and tv, a dining area (in the common area), and a kitchen that includes a dishwasher and other appliances. There are also two bathrooms, one full and one half.
We are:
Two female professionals who both work full-time. Cristina, 31, works in the beauty industry, and Sam, 27, works at a university. Sam has lived in the apartment for four years and Cristina has lived there for one year. We love the access to both Riverside and Central Park, as well as all the Upper West Side has to offer.
Prior to quarantine, we enjoyed working out at the local Equinox, exploring the city on weekends, and enjoying a glass of wine after a long week. We look forward to doing it all again and would love for you to join us on our adventures! But we'd also respect your space.
