Hi -- I'm Keturah! I am a recent graduate from the University of Toronto and live and work in the financial district with my older sister Diana, 24, whose a nurse. We are looking for a young, vibrant girl to move into our condo. My sister and I are very close and we are looking for someone that is down-to-earth, outgoing, cannabis-friendly and doesn't mind music-filled get-togethers in the condo on weekends.

The condo is very spacious (1300sqft) and it's fully furnished and in the bumbling core of Downtown Toronto. There's a pool, sauna, gym, aerobics room, and an indoor running track in the building. Its located in College Park which holds many amenities, and you are within walking distance to the Eaton Centre, Ryerson, Uoft St George, and College Station to name a few. The Bay "19B" bus line is right in front of the building -- super convenient!

You will be sharing a bathroom with my sister, so cleanliness is a must.
