Hey! I'm a single dad with two boys, a 3yr old and a 5 year old. I'm Very open minded and chill, easy to get along with and it's cool if you want to hang out upstairs anytime as well and also very respectful of your space and boundaries if you're a more private person and not typically social.

We have some extra bedrooms in the house not being used at all and I can use the extra money right now.
So I'm also ok with renting to another single parent or possibly a couple too.

This is a single family brick house right in broad ripple next to the Monon Trail. We have a double driveway for off street parking and a fenced backyard with big trees. Perfect for sitting on the back deck for dinner or drinks or sitting by the fire in the back yard. I pay $2700 a month in rent to give you an idea of what the prices are for a house in this neighborhood.

The house is on a quiet side street with a big double driveway and has a walkway around the side to the back door which is a separate entrance if you don't want to come in the front and it goes to the finished basement which has a furnished living room and full bathroom along with two furnished bedrooms. Both have queen beds and big closets and a big window in each room.

Basement has just been remodeled and has brand new wood floors and new paint and all new bathroom

Laundry room is also downstairs with a washer and dryer

If you have your own bed or furniture I can move this stuff out to make room also.

This is all the area for rent so you would have your own living room bathroom and bedroom with laundry and then the kitchen upstairs would be shared with you, me and the kids.
You're always welcome to come upstairs if you want to watch TV in the living room or sit by the fireplace or use the kitchen and dining room. As long as you don't mind the toddlers running around. So it's much better than renting just a room. You can have privacy and not be locked in a bedroom all the time like a lot of roommate situations and you have plenty of room for any company that you might have between the back deck, back yard and your own living room and bedroom with a full bathroom right there. Very private and separate from upstairs living area

The House is one block away from the broad ripple village and you can walk to all the bars restaurants and stores so it's really cool to not have to drive to go get some dinner or drinks too.

We already have good WiFi and it's included as well as all utilities paid. New AC and Heat and Hot water that never runs out for long steam showers
