I have a three bedroom apartment and I’m looking for 2 awesome roommates, or 1 and we can find the other person together. I’m open to anyone as long as they are respectful of others and the space.

It’s a main floor apartment, I think it’s awesome, but the spaces are small.

I’ve done my best to furnish it in a stylish way that makes each small bedroom have everything you need, a little couch, a desk, dressing area. I think style does a lot in making a nice livable room even when there isn’t t a lot of space. Each bedroom has a locking door.

The location at Roncesvalles and Dundas St couldn’t be better! Not only is Roncesvalles a chic and quiet neighborhood, but the transit system from here is unparalleled , you have the streetcars going in every direction, access to the subway at Dundas West Station, the UP line to the airport , and access to the Gardiner Express without having to drive through the city.

I’m an artist and designer and also do construction and odd jobs. I live half of the time in Vancouver, so you and the other roommate would need to be people I can trust and count on while I am gone and you have the place to yourselves.
