Hello! We have an unfurnished bedroom and private full bathroom for rent on 2nd floor of a two story house. It is an ideal setup for a roommate situation as both are located on the opposite side of the house from our bedroom. House is well insulated and you can’t really hear each other when doors are closed. House is located in lower SE Portland, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We are close to both bus and MAX stops.

Washer and Dryer
Dishwasher
Central heat and air-conditioning
Electric fireplace
Small backyard with patio

Rent is $703 (rent includes water and sewer) plus utilities per month. First months rent, and a $1000 deposit required upon move in. Move in date is July 1st.

About us:

We are a late 20’s/early 30’s couple. We both work full time jobs Monday-Friday. We are both laid back and down to earth, leaning more on the quiet side. We are friendly, but mostly keep to ourselves, as we both work a lot and like to have time to decompress at home. We have a corgi puppy named Wesley, who comes to work with me, and is very rarely home alone (crate trained when not with one of us).

About you:

We are looking for a respectful, responsible roommate, who has a reliable source of income. Ideally we want someone who is friendly, but has their own thing going, and isn’t looking for us to be their social life. Must like animals and be ok living with a younger dog. No other dogs or cats at this time.
