I'm a swing dancer, cat mom, and board game nerd looking to share my townhouse with one or two other friendly folks (and open to more cats!). I like reading books, playing my guitar and singing, and occasionally watching TV with my roommate over dinner. I tend to adopt introverts, so I don't expect to hang out with my roommate all of the time, and am happy to invite them when I go out or give them space. I can cook okay, but I'm a much better baker. I'm not a morning person, so I prefer to rush out the door and do my own thing with as little pre-10am interaction as possible.

I can rent out the one room with private bath, two rooms for a little more if you want an office. If we agree on a third roommate in the second room, the bath is shared, but your rent would be cheaper.
Kitchen: gas range, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, bar cabinet, nice island for food preparation
Shared hangout spaces: library-theme living room, basement den with TV/board games/karaoke/musical instruments
Parking: plenty on the street, with the option to share use of the carport and garage for loading/unloading/bad weather, etc.
I have a package locker and front doorbell camera to prevent package thefts. I go into the office most days, so the house is perfect for a remote worker or student.
Walking distance to Penn Station, bars, restaurants, dancing, comedy, theaters, and quick access to I-83.
