Two Rooms Available in Beautiful Victorian in Mosswood, Oakland
I'm looking for two roommates to live in this beautiful Victorian with me! The house is a 3 bd/2.5 ba. There are two rooms available. Both are good-sized rooms with ample closet space. One has its own private full bath and one doesn’t. The room with a private bathroom is $1,900 and the other one is $1,850. Utilities and wifi are not included in the rent. The move in date is tentatively the first week of June but I'm flexible. I'm looking for people who can commit to a year-long lease. The backyard is a great space for relaxing, gardening, and gathering. This house is blocks from BART, popular shops, and dining spots in Temescal and Piedmont Ave.
