Home is a SF two story home, newer construction in great neighborhood, walking distance to Craig Ranch Park (skate-park, park w/beach volley ball, baseball field, and basketball court)
three blocks from Planet Fitness, Walmart, restaurants, banks, and shopping.

Home features include: small back-yard with grill. TV downstairs with Netflix, Disney, hulu. Now, fully stocked kitchen w/ dishes, appliances. Street parking 2 minute walk from house.
Use of in-house laundry (washer & dryer), use to kitchen, living room, dining room, and back-yard.
Two roommates share the home. Home is kept in clean condition, and is quiet. No pets, no loud parties.

Please note that we strictly don't accept and tolerate any forms of drama and excuses so you must be able to follow the household rules. You can expect from us that we will not go inside your room even if it's unlocked and if we do so we will ask permission and we hope the same from you. Respect is the key. You must be willing to do a background check. There will be a $ refundable security deposit. We expect you to clean your shared bathroom with another one roommate otherwise we will charge $ monthly fee. Take charge cleaning it every other week.
No pets, no smoking, single renter (no couples in single room) .
Rent: $ mo. plus split power, gas, sewer/trash, and wifi.
