Single parent with 7 yr old in a 4br 3 full bath home new construction. Outside of Austin By Formula One about 25 minutes to Austin, Bastrop and Lockhart near by schools children friendly. No pets but may consider. We are clean and low key. Full time work and school and gone most weekends. I don’t mind people over as long as everyone is cool and reserved. Home sits on 1/3 of an acre. I’m the subs.

Second master bedroom
Room is very big on second floor and stands alone with walk in closet and full bathroom. Also have two other rooms downstairs and have a shared bathroom but typically never used unless company is here. Which can go for lower if you have a budget I can probably accommodate.
