Hi there! I am currently an engineering student at San Diego State University and I am looking for two roommates for my house next year. I have a house right by campus and it is only a street away from campus so it is super convenient being able to get to class. I am looking for people that are clean and tidy and respectful but also can have a fun time. For fun I like to surf, play guitar, hike, go to the gym, watch movies and tv, and go to the beach.

This is a 3 bedroom by 3 bathroom house right by campus, only a 5 to 10 minute walk away from campus. It has parking included with a driveway. It is a very clean and modern house, was built in 2019. The neighborhood has a lot of other SDSU students as many of the houses on the street are rented by SDSU students. Rent is 1400 per month plus utilities.
