Heart of Chelsea, one avenue away from 23rd street CE, 2 avenues away from 23rd street 1 train. Steps away from M23 bus stop. Great restaurants nearby, 5 minute walk to the high line or Chelsea Market. Great for weekend trips, only 15 minutes from Penn Station.

Only one apartment per floor and there is relatively no street noise. 4th floor walkup. Two working fireplaces. Rooftop access. Common areas are fully furnished and the apartment has central air. Kitchen and living room spaces are very large, plenty of cabinet space for cooking supplies/food.
ROOM:
Very spacious, well lit room with large window and massive closet space. Big enough to accommodate any size mattress. It has exposed brick. No street noise since it’s in the back of the apartment away from the street.
