Beautiful home to share with my Fiance and I

The house is in an amazing neighborhood with lots of family's adding to the atmosphere.

My Fiance and I currently live in the basement and the people above us are moving out.

The house has 3 bedrooms and we would be renting out one. The 3rd bedroom would be an office space for the house. We have 2 cats and a 5 month old puppy that is very friendly and well trained.

We both have very sober habits and full time jobs. I am 26 years old and my Fiance is 28.

We really don't want to miss out staying in the house as it's very spacious and gets a lot of sun as it's on the corner.
