I was recently displaced from a 20 year long living site due to owner death and estate fight. There is not much else to be said there.

However clearly I am stable.

I am also courteous, loyal, and responsible.

Because of having been semi working throughout the whole covid crises I have not been meeting my earnings potential but can always ensure the range I am looking at is a certainty with no problems.

I can be as quiet and private as I need to be or can be the life of the house. I can cook. I love to cook and literally have turned down Hell's Kitchen because in the real world those guys never make alot of money.
