Your fully furnished private room, with high ceilings and full amenities is comfortable and relaxing. It's furnished with everything you need. It includes a large, queen-sized bed, a night table with lamp, a large dresser, full size mirror, large closet, a full, home office (desk with hutch, paper shredder, scanner, desk lamp, printer, etc.), two windows with lots of sunlight, air conditioner with remote, an antique wood desk dresser with desk lamp, and lots of storage space. It's the perfect place for you to gather your thoughts, have a quiet place to work, read, study, use your computer, and relax!

The apartment is also fully furnished, with a large 60" television, (complete with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Blu-Ray), a comfortable couch (brand new), a full kitchen with a with everything you need! The large kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table that seats two (and expands to four). There is free WiFi, a clean bathroom, with cabinet space, a bathtub, and excellent water pressure. I also have a bike that you are more than welcome to use and a place for you to store you own. Throughout the apartment, there’s plenty of quiet space for you to call your own. There is also a spectacular rooftop view of the city!

Located in beautiful, historic Washington Heights, it's one of the last remaining areas to live among vintage NYC streets and buildings reminiscent of European dwellings. Only a few blocks from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical School, the apartment is conveniently located and only a mere two blocks from both the "C" and "1" trains and close the "A". Nearby are supermarkets, laundry, library, Riverside Park, The Cloisters, restaurants, and Morris-Jumel mansion (Manhattan's oldest home), which served as George Washington's headquarters through most of the revolutionary war and where Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote much of "Hamilton." The mansion itself is a wonderful museum that is accessible for only $5 and sits on a large plot of land with beautiful gardens, lawns, and quiet spaces. We're also a block and a half from Sylvan Terrace, voted the "quaintest street in New York City."
