The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a full kitchen and laundry room. The bedroom available has a walk in closet and a nice big window that faces the open field behind the apartment. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, but it’s only about 5ft away. The room doesn’t include any furniture, but I do have most of the stuff needed for the shared space. I am open to any furniture you have for shared space as well! It is a first floor apartment with an awesome patio that opens up to the Walnut Creek green belt. There is a gym (not a great one admittedly), a pool, and lots of parking. Edgecreek apartments are now individually owned condos, so we don’t have a crappy apartment company to worry about. The landlord is actually super awesome and fixes anything needed as soon as she learns about it. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Domain and you can be on any major highway in Austin in less than 10 minutes (183, Mopac, 360, and i35). Rent is $625 and usually utilities/cable/internet is around $150.
