I was so fortunate to purchase this 1980s 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home during the pandemic and have grown to enjoy the location and decorate the space lovingly with modern touches. It has truly been a safe haven and a welcoming place to retreat to after a long or hectic day! After some time with yearly leases I decided to move to short term- leases hoping for the steady reliability of traveling working professionals.

I live here with another human services professional in the medical field, we have been able to cohabitate because we have the perfect balance of personal and communal time. We are hoping to welcome another person into the space and given them the privacy and personal comforts that any hard working person may need.

We have all the amenities at your finger tips. Washer/dryer, free parking ( onsite and off street), Heater/ AC, High speed Internet, Smart TV, Attached garage, Detached shed, gated front and back yard, Plenty of storage space, access to all kitchen appliance ( espresso machine, rice cooker, tea kettle, air fryer, garbage disposal and dish washer).

No couples please, and no pets. we are 420 and LGBTG+ friendly .
