Room is furnished with a twin bed mattress & frame (a year old), desk, chair, shelves and side table.

Prefer someone with a regular schedule who does not work from home.
No shared living space except the kitchen/dining area.
I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and don't do drugs, drink etc. Too old to party as well!
I am very organized, clean, neat, considerate and prefer the same.
No couples, no smoking, no guests and no pets please- sorry!
