This is a 9 1/2’ x 15’ room with two sun facing windows and a large closet. The apartment has a eat in kitchen with lots of storage and counter space, a living room with two comfy couches and a television, and a street facing balcony. One of the roommates has his own half bathroom so you would primarily share your bathroom with one other person. The area is hip and youthful and has a lot of great bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby as well as grocery stores (including health food stores with ample vegan options), multiple laundromats, multiple gyms, a post office, a library, a Walgreen's. The R/M train at Steinway is two short blocks away and is only 3 stops to Manhattan. The N/W train at Broadway is also nearby with a 10 minutes train ride to Manhattan. Transfers to the E, G, and 7 are close as well
