Hello, I am a 27 year old female looking for a new roommate. I have a 4 year old German Shepherd. He's always lived with other dogs so if you have a dog this location is great with the fenced in yard. We're a short distance from and open baseball field that dogs go to play and close to the green belt for walks. I currently work at the zoo from 9-5 so I'm gone during the days. I teach swim lessons at the local recreation center some afternoons. I can be social or keep to myself. I've lived with men for the last three years so I'm really open to female or male roommates.

Roommate Wanted to Resign Lease for House
I currently reside in a house in Wheat Ridge with a fenced in front and back yard. I love the location and am hopefully looking for someone to re-sign the lease with. My current roommate is moving out to go live with his girlfriend. I've lived in this house for three years now. I currently pay around $2,150 so roughly $1,075 then utilities would be rent (if they don't raise it any with resigning–I'm currently trying to figure this out). 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a fenced in front and back yard. Great location to I70 and a lot of stores, restaurants, and bars. The place isn't brand new utilities but it is also not super outdated. We have washer and dryer in the house. Decent sized shared living room. Both rooms are good size and have closets then there are two closets in the hallway for extra storage. The bathroom is pretty up to date with two small cabinets for storage. There's a large fenced in front yard and then a shared backyard thats larger than the front. There is an outdoor shed for more storage. It's a great location to I70. Close to a Walmart, King Soopers, and Safeway.
