I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It is approximately 1,100 square feet. The neighbors are very refriendly here and I'm blessed as we all watch out for each other.
It is very conveniently located off the 15 freeway. Close to 56-Ted Williams Parkway and 10 minutes from the 78. It is located in North County San Diego. It's about 25 miles to downtown San Diego.
All the appliances are stainless steel. Full size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
The unit is located in the back of the complex so it is QUIET FOOT TRAFFIC ONLY
There are 2 swimming pools (heated) a jacuzzi (conveniently located about a 15 second walk from front door) small gym and tennis courts.
The grounds are kept immaculate and is in a park like setting.
Pine trees and lots of plants in landscaping is kept up.
You will have your own assigned uncovered parking space and private FULL bathroom.
