About Me

Hello! I recently accepted a dream job in NYC (working from the office 5 days a week) and will be relocating to NYC this summer.

I previously called SF home for seven years, working for The North Face Global HQ before setting up shop in CHI during the pandemic.

My pandemic silver lining, ten fold, was getting my amazing dog, Banjo. I know that will be a tricky balance in a city like New York. He attends dog day camp during the day and I’m extremely diligent about his manners (and cleanliness) and would never impose responsibility on a roommate. Honestly, he’s the shit. With that, I am obviously willing to pay a heavier share of the rent given we are a package deal.

Beyond, I’m a very easy-going roommate with a lot of experience in this tango having come from SF with a similar cost of living. It’s painful to throw an entire paycheck at rent to live alone and I’ve always had great luck/success with roommates, no matter my phase in life. It’s always nice to have a solid bond when sharing a space but I’m by no means expecting a best friend.

Misc about me: I’m training for a marathon in 2023. I adore the outdoors just as much as nights in reading/binging a TV series. I have a solid network of friends across the city and Brooklyn already and enjoying being social on the weekends. But I’m pretty chill during the work week. I don’t mind a roommate who brings different energy/habits though.

Cheers and happy hunting :)
