You will also have a bedroom, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. That's the only portion, you'll need to furnish.
Plus, a furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the downtown San Diego skyline and the Coronado bridge.
Great deal! The base rate is $1,193.00 for your half of the rent plus half of the monthly utilities/maintenance fees.

You can also take an Uber, Lime Bike, Bird Scooter to Gaslamp (which walking distance) in less than 3 minutes or to Coronado beach in less than 10 minutes.
