Unfurnished Room in Arvada Home Available to Rent

I am a female working professional in her late 20’s with a soon-to-be basement housemate also in her 20’s looking for a roommate to fill our other upstairs bedroom in a nice neighborhood home in the city of Arvada! The house is a short 5 minute drive to a variety of restaurants & grocery shopping. The room is a medium sized unfurnished room that’s about 10’ x 12’ and you will also have your own private hall bathroom, storage closet, & a parking space in the garage. In the rest of the house we share the kitchen/dining space, laundry & half bath, as well as the nice outdoor patio space.

We’re looking for a roommate who is clean and quiet/considerate of others, who cleans up after themselves and is willing to help out with cleaning in common area spaces. Preferably another female around the same age but we’re definitely open to considering others. LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m hoping to get a dog or cat this year, so someone who is pet friendly, but preferably no pets of their own. No drugs & no cigarette smoking in the house. Semi-420 friendly but within reason.

The two of us like cooking and watching movies together occasionally, but we’re both usually very busy with our own work schedules. On my days off I’m usually relaxing in the living room watching TV or playing Video Games. I am also a huge nerd so a lot of the house decor is movie, video game, & anime related. We’d love to find someone who shares some of our interest as well!
